E) Retention Period

Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the indicated purposes and in any case within the limits provided by applicable regulations:

• For informational purposes, data will be retained until consent is revoked or up to three years after the last interaction;
• For legal obligations, up to seven years from their generation.
