This document allows you to understand our privacy policy to see how your personal information is managed when you use our services. It also allows you to give informed consent to the processing of personal data in the sections of the site where required.
In the various sections of the Site, where we collect your personal data, specific notices are published pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: “Regulation”) for necessary review before providing the requested data.
The information and data provided or acquired in the context of registration for various services (such as information requests, consulting, newsletter registration, marketing activities, event participation, commercial communications) will be processed in compliance with the Regulation and confidentiality obligations.
A) Purpose of Processing
The personal data collected will be processed for purposes related to the data controller’s activities and services, such as:

- Sending commercial communications related to the data controller’s activities;
- Only with explicit consent, sending commercial communications related to third parties (if not expressed, it is considered NOT granted).
B) Nature of Data Provision

- File a complaint with supervisory authorities (Data Protection Authority).
E) Retention Period
Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the indicated purposes and in any case within the limits provided by applicable regulations:
- For informational purposes, data will be retained until consent is revoked or up to three years after the last interaction;
- For legal obligations, up to seven years from their generation.
